Refund policy

At FENOIR, each order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch.

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened/used products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement

We accept return/replacement requests if:

  • You receive the wrong product
  • The item is damaged/leaking/broken upon delivery
  • The product is defective or tampered with

Inspection & Reporting Window

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

You may open the outer shipping package to inspect your order. However:

  • The fragrance bottle/product should not be used beyond inspection
  • All original packaging must be retained

Proof Required

To validate claims, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video recorded from before opening the shipping package
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Order number / proof of purchase

Refund / Replacement Process

After verification:

  • A replacement will be issued where stock is available
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike of fragrance
  • Opened/used products without defect
  • Minor cosmetic wear to outer shipping box
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
